11- July Lymington

Well we came back from Salcombe with an overnight stop in Studland bay, with enough time this morning for a quick swim. Studland has been declared an MCZ (Marine Conservation Zone) and it’s not certain how that will impact the bay as an anchorage. It’s a very handy bolt-hole in adverse conditions, but the planet must take precedence. Here’s a picture for those that don’t know the area.

So after that pleasant stop we had a very leisurely sail up the coast to Lymington Haven Marina, where some of the small issues that surfaced during the shakedown will be fixed, which should only take a few days. Then Onwards!
